Ingredients
- Rice for sushi Akitakomachi, Oshihari - 110 g
- Nori JS - 1 sheet
- Cream cheese - 40 g
- Cucumber - 30 g
- Marinated pumpkin KANPYO JS - 20 g
- Pickled daikon radish TAKUAN JS - 15 g
- Salmon - 100 g
- Cheese sauce - 40 g
- Mango-Chile sauce - 40 g
- Truffle sauce - 40 g
- Nuts for decoration
Method of preparation:
- Lay seasoned boiled rice on a sheet of nori, densely over the entire surface, leaving the upper edge of the sheet without rice for 2 cm. Turn the workpiece with the rice down so that the edge of the sheet without the rice is closer to you.
- In the center, spread cream cheese across the entire width, then add fresh cucumber cut into strips, pickled pumpkin and pickled daikon radish.
- Tightly twist the roll, holding the filling. Give the role the necessary shape with the help of a mat (makisu).
- Cut the salmon into slices and place on top of the formed roll. After that, once again lightly press the roll so that the fish lies down well.
- Cut the roll into 8 equal parts with a sharp knife dipped in water.
- Put the roll on a plate, pour cheese sauce, then Mango-chili sauce and truffle sauce. Decorate with chopped nuts.
