Illia Chervenko is an expert of Pan-Asian cuisine and Brand Chef of Morskoi Dom Company and MD Academy. He has fundamental knowledge and skills after many years of theoretic and practical trainings. Illia graduated from Japanese sushi skills institute (Tokio, Japan) and took part in World Sushi Cup Japan 2013.

Illia Chervenko visited countries of Far East and learned all local traditions and recipes of authentic dishes. He adapted Pan-Asian culinary mainstreams for European consumers and became an author of the big amount of recipes. But he could keep tradition culinary features of all these countries in each of them.

Many years Illia Chervenko deals with Pan-Asian menu creation and its next introduction to the restaurants of different price segments - from street food to premium restaurants.
