Pho Bo soup with veal

The secret of this Vietnamese soup is the broth, which includes numerous spices that give it a special taste and aroma.

Ingredients

  • Pho Bo broth n/f - 300g
  • Rice noodles 3.5 mm TM Bich-Chi - 120 g
  • Veal tenderloin - 60g
  • Soy sprouts - 3 g
  • Lime - 3 g
  • Red onion - 10g
  • Green onion - 4 g
  • Fresh basil - 3 g
  • Fresh chili - 3 g

Method of preparation

  1. Preparation of Pho Bo broth. Add "Pho" paste to the meat broth. We put the spices in cheesecloth and add them to the broth. Bring to a boil. Leave the broth to infuse with spices for 15 minutes. After - remove the spices from the broth. Thanks to the use of Beef Flavored "Pho" Soup Base has the authentic taste of FO Bo soup and is prepared in a short time.
  2. Place steamed rice noodles on a plate, top with thinly sliced veal and onions and pour hot broth. 
  3. Add sprouts and greens on top. If desired, it can be served with chili paste
