MD Academy is a project of Morskyi Dim Company. Its main aim is a dissemination of knowledge about Pan-Asian cuisine.
MD Academy in the head with brand chef Illia Chervenko deals with menu creation and its next implementation for different formats HoReCa establishments; testing novelties; conducting master-classes and culinary shows; training the personnel.
MD Academy and Morskyi Dim Company in cooperation with «Yamasa Corporation» have become official representatives of the only approved by government Japanese Sushi Skills Institute. JSSI works under the auspices of All Japan Sushi Association.
The main activity of JSSI is conduct of seminars and master-classes for restaurant chefs about technologies of cooking Japanese dishes. The program includes passing exams after trainings. Education is led by sushi master and AJSA Director Masayoshi Kazato and Vice President AJSA Kensaku Yoshida.
