Shoyu ramen - the most popular type of ramen with a broth based on pork or chicken. It has a clean, almost transparent broth with a distinct taste of soy sauce.

Miso ramen - uses miso paste in its composition to create a thick and aromatic broth with a deep taste.

Shio ramen is distinguished by its salty flavor base. "Shio" translated from Japanese, it means "salt", and it is salt that is used to prepare the flavor base of the broth, to which the meat is later added.

Tonkotsu ramen – prepared on the basis of broth obtained from pork bones. This ramen is characterized by a rich taste and a characteristic white-cream texture of the broth.

Despite the fact that preparing ramen can be demanding, it remains a favorite dish of many connoisseurs of Asian cuisine.
