Method of preparation:
- Boil the noodles in boiling water until ready.
- Place the prepared noodles on a plate. Pour hot broth. Add chopped vegetables, mushrooms, pickled egg, kamboko, as well as meat breaded in starch, previously deep-fried.
- Decorate with nori seaweed, pickled radish, onion and sesame.
