Poke bowl with tempura shrimp is a real culinary adventure that combines the taste traditions of Hawaii and Japanese cuisine.
Ingredients
- Sushi Rice Akitakomachi, Oshihari - 100 g
- Frozen Raw King Prawns Head Less 21/25, DELFIN - 60 g
- Mango-Chilly sauce - 40 g
- Mango JS - 31 g
- Pickled radish Takuan JS - 16 g
- Edamame JS soybeans - 15 g
- Avocado - 15 g
- Shiitake - 15 g
- White and black sesame seeds Iri Goma JS - 2 g
- Tobiko raspberry caviar JS - 4 g
This dish not only attracts with its bright presentation, but also surprises with the richness of flavors and textures. Juicy chunks of mango, fresh cherry tomatoes, tender avocado and crunchy pickled radish provide the perfect company for the tender tempura shrimp. Also, it is not only tasty, but also useful, because it contains the freshest ingredients that contribute to a healthy diet.
Preparation of rice:
- Rinse the rice in cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to package directions.
- After cooking, add rice dressing (rice vinegar, sugar, water), mix well and let cool.
Preparation of tempura shrimp:
- Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails.
- Prepare the tempura batter: mix the tempura flour in a bowl, gradually adding ice water until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Heat the oil in a deep frying pan or deep fryer to 180°C.
- Dip the shrimp in the batter and fry until golden (about 2-3 minutes). Remove the shrimp and let them drain on a paper towel.
Preparation of shiitake:
- Cut the mushrooms into slices.
- Heat some sesame oil in a pan, fry the mushrooms until golden, add salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation of other ingredients:
- Cut the mango into cubes.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, peel and cut into slices or cubes.
- Cut the pickled radish into thin slices.
Poke Bowl Collection:
- Place the cooled rice on the bottom of a deep bowl and pour it by Teriyaki sauce.
- Alternately top with tempura shrimp, mango, cherry tomatoes, pickled radish, edamame beans, avocado, and fried shiitake.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Place the Tobiko caviar in the center and serve it with Mango-Chilly sauce.
