Pickled takuan combined with roasted paprika, cheese and hot plum sauce.


  • semi finished rice (120 g)
  • nori seaweed (0,5 sheet)
  • roasted paprika (70 g)
  • tofu (30 g)
  • eggplant (30 g)
  • potato starch (10 g)
  • Plum Sauce Lee Kum Kee (40 г)
  • Shriracha Sauce Uni-Eagle (4 г)


  • Wrap up tofu and roasted paprika without skin inside the roll.
  • Wrap up thin sliced takuan over the roll, put hiyashi-wakame and paprika slices, and pour on sweet chili sauce.
