Tom Kha soup is a national dish of many Asian countries and is gaining popularity all over the world, literally translated as "cook" or "boil". This dish has a pronounced unique taste and aroma.

Ingredients

  • Tom Kha broth - 250g
  • Chicken thigh fillet - 60g
  • Oyster mushrooms - 42g
  • Cherry tomatoes - 30g
  • Cilantro oil - 10 g
  • Chili pepper - 5 g
  • Fresh cilantro - 5 g

For Tom Kha broth: 

  • Chicken broth - 300g 
  • Kara coconut milk - 100
  • Tom Kha pasta - 30g
  • Fish sauce 5.4kg TM Aroy-d - 20g
  • Lemongrass whole 200g TM Aroy-d - 10g
  • Lime juice - 10g
  • Sugar - 8g
  • Galagan whole 200g TM Aroy-d - 4g
  • Lime leaves 114g TM Aroy-d - 2g

Method of preparation:

  1. Bring the broth to a boil. Add pasta, galangal, lemongrass. 
  2. Adjust to taste with sugar, lime juice and coconut milk. Mix everything. The main ingredient of the soup is Tom Kha paste, which includes a set of Asian spices, herbs and Kara coconut milk, thanks to which the dish has a pronounced and unique taste.
  3. Boil the meat in mushroom broth.
  4. Add tomatoes. 
  5. Garnish with cilantro and cilantro oil
