Ingredients

  • Tom Yam broth - 300g
  • Oyster mushrooms - 40g
  • King shrimp 16/20 b/g s/m Prof Line TM Delfin - 30g
  • Cherry tomatoes - 30g
  • Оil with cilantro - 10g
  • Sauce “Chiu Chow Chilli Oil” TM Lee Kum Kee - 2g

The simplicity of the dish hides the preparation of a complex broth using coconut milk, fish sauce and Tom Yum paste, which gives it an exclusive and recognizable taste in the world of cooking.

Tom Yum broth

  • Chicken broth n/f - 330g
  • Kara coconut milk - 70g
  • TM Aroy-d fish sauce - 20g
  • Tom Yum Aroy-d pasta - 15g
  • Lime juice - 10g
  • Lemongrass whole s/m TM Aroy-d - 10g
  • Sugar - 6g
  • Galagan whole s/m TM Aroy-d - 4g
  • Lime leaves s/m TM Aroy-d - 2g

Method of preparation

  1. Bring the broth to a boil. 
  2. Add pasta, kaffir, galangal, lemongrass. 
  3. Adjust to taste with sugar, lime juice and coconut milk. Mix everything.
  4. Boil shrimp, squid and mushrooms in broth. 
  5. Add tomatoes and cook for about 1 minute.
  6. Garnish with cilantro, add green cilantro oil.
