On March 4, the Regional Gastronomic Forum was held at the "Scheherezada" restaurant (Vinnytsia), which brought together restaurant business professionals, chefs and gastronomy experts. The "Morskyi Dim" group of companies was not just a participant, but also an active partner of the event, presenting the best solutions for HoReCa and helping chefs unleash the potential of professional ingredients in their dishes.

During the master classes, four chefs used "Morskyi Dim" products, demonstrating their quality and capabilities in professional cooking.
Olexandr Yarosh held a master class on preparing Ceviche and Tom Yam using Tom Yam paste, Kara coconut milk, frozen vegetables and fruits from "Morskyi Dim".
In the preparation of other dishes, our sauces, pastes and Furikake seasoning were actively used, which added authenticity and depth of flavor to the dishes.
