The summit brought together professionals from the restaurant sector: business owners, representatives of establishments, chefs, thought leaders, suppliers and everyone involved in the HoReCa industry.
The main theme of the event was the multisensory experience in gastronomy - how all the senses interact to create a holistic perception of culinary masterpieces. The lecturers, together with the audience, explored how taste, smell, sight, sound and touch shape the gastronomic experience and perception of dishes. It was a look at cooking as an art filled with deep meanings.
Morskyi Dim as part of the event introduced guests to the mysterious fifth taste — umami. In combination with sweet, salty, sour and bitter, it adds depth and richness to dishes. It is umami that turns the ordinary into perfect, and the simple — to the exquisite, making each dish multifaceted and unforgettable.
Our team conducted a tasting of sauces — — — — — umami flavor carriers: JS. In addition, we treated guests to delicious snacks — snacks with creamy cream cheese Cook Partner, and also advised visitors on the company's products, new products and market trends.
