28 October 2024, an event took place in Kyiv that united the leaders of the restaurant business and opened a new page in the industry - the SALT Restaurant Innovation Conference.

Organized by Hoteliero, this event brought together ambitious restaurateurs, opinion leaders, talented chefs and businessmen who, despite the difficulties, continue to shape the future of Ukrainian cooking. This year, among the participants — and the "Morskyi Dim" team. We also brought "our taste" to the conference, presenting unique concepts, products and dishes that reflect our commitment to innovation and maintaining high quality standards.

This time "Morskyi Dim" embodied his approach to cooking through a unique ramen from brand chef Ilya Chervenka. More than 200 servings of "real pleasure" was offered for Salt members. Made with JS brand products, the dish brought together not only high-quality ingredients, but also the people who tasted it. Ilya Chervenko personally treated and talked about the secrets of cooking delicious Japanese ramen, which, by the way, is one of the TOP 5 soups in the world, and is becoming more and more popular in Ukraine. We are convinced that with our bases for ramen it will be easier and more profitable to prepare a dish in your establishment, it saving time, human and financial resources.
