The company "Morskyi Dim" again in the epicenter of culinary events!
In September, we became part of a cool meeting - Young Chefs 2024. On the same site, in the "Parkovy" center. in Kyiv, gathered "all their" - young chefs and experienced professionals, restaurateurs, culinary experts, suppliers and partners in the HoReCa sector.
And it was a real explosion of creativity, experiments and new ideas!
For the "Morskyi Dim" the Young Chefs event is about inspiration, new discoveries and drive. We love being part of a community that hosts lively discussions about business, pop-ups from chefs and cool establishments, talks about the challenges of the culinary industry and the opportunities for career growth in this area. We see how many young, impressive chefs there are who are taking gastronomy to a new level, becoming the real pride of the culinary community, and their creative approach and innovative ideas change not only the menu of local establishments, but also open Ukrainian professional cuisine to the whole world.
Among such talents – Artem Kabulakhin, winner of the cooking show "Master Chef. Professionals", a charismatic young man who draws his inspiration from modern Ukrainian cuisine, prepares real works of art using the cooking techniques of foreign professionals. And also – actively helps the Armed Forces of Ukraine and regularly holds charity meetings.
Artem presented two dishes at the event: with fish and with pork, successfully combining Asian products of the "Morskyi Dim" into new culinary masterpieces. Soy sauce «SUPERIOR Dark» and "SUPERIOR Light" Lee Kum Kee brand, Yuzu citrus juice "YUZU", Aroy-D fish sauce received the most favorable reviews from Artem and helped reveal the full depth of the flavors of his dishes.
Artem, like most guest chefs, is not afraid to break stereotypes. Because this young generation of chefs is distinguished by creativity, openness to new ideas and a fearless approach to culinary challenges, which allows them not only to create unique dishes, but also to shape new gastronomic trends. Each of the invited young professionals showed the courage to experiment with traditional recipes, introducing the latest techniques and ingredients.
Such chefs need the best ingredients for the coolest dishes, and the "Morskyi Dim" provides everything necessary. From traditional Asian products to innovative new ingredients, we have almost everything to keep every establishment's menu (as well as the crazy ideas of young talent) on top of trends.
