Tofu with crispy crust combined with spicy Asian sauce.
Ingredients
- tofu (60 g)
- tapioca starch (20 g)
- salad leaf (1 pc)
- Tom Yam sauce with roasted paprika (20 g)
- for sauce:
- lemon juice (4 g)
- Sriracha Sauce Uni-Eagle (5 g)
- Teriyaki Sauce Yamasa (40 g)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients for sauce.
- Bread tofu in starch and deep fry till crispy crust.
- Pour sauce on the bottom of the plate. Then put tofu and decorate with salad leaf filled with Tom Yam paste with roasted paprika (the same as in the vegetable Thai Laksa soup).
