Main ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 800 g Chicken fillet (about 4 pieces)
- 2 pcs Mango (boneless, sliced)
- 2pcs Tomato (sliced)
MARINADE:
- 1 tsp. Turmeric
- 2 tbsp. l. Corn flour
- 1 tbsp. l. Water
- 1.5 tsp. Salt
- 1 piece Egg
SEMI-FINISHED DIP SAUCE: (For several servings):
- 25 tbsp. / 400ml LKK Plum Sauce
- 23 tbsp. / 350ml LKK Plum Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 600 g Mango puree
- 40 g Cilantro (finely chopped)
- 6 pieces Lemongrass (finely chopped)
- 2 pcs Lemon (squeeze for lemon juice)
Cooking technology:
1. Marinate the chicken breast for at least 1 hour.
2. Mix all dipping sauce ingredients. Set aside.
3. Fry the chicken breast well at 180 °; within 4 minutes. Cut the chicken into slices 3 cm thick.
4. Intersperse slices of mango and tomato between slices of chicken. Serve with dipping sauce.
