Asian salad with bean thread noodles

Vegetable slices and thin bean thread noodles in hot and sweet dressing.

Ingredients

  • fresh tomato (40 g)
  • fresh cucumber (20 g)
  • red onion (15 g)
  • salad mix (20 g)
  • fresh basil (2 g)
  • fresh mint (2 g)
  • boiled bean thread noodles (40 g)
  • pea pods (15 g)
  • selery stalk (15 g)
  • lemon juice (3 g)
  • cilantro (2 g)
  • grape seeds oil (15 g)
  • cashew nuts (5 g)
  • Sweet Chilli Sauce Aroy-D (30 g)
  • Soy Sauce Yamasa (5 g)

Directions:

  • Cut vegetables; mix them with bean thread noodles and salad mix.
  • Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, grape seeds oil and add chopped cilantro.
  • Season salad with mixed sauce.
  • Put salad on the dish and decorate with roasted cashew nuts.
