AROY-D curry paste is ground spices mixed into a homogeneous mass. Such paste is used in Indian and Thai cuisines, as well as in many cuisines of the Middle and Far East: in China and Japan. Curry paste is based on a wide range of ingredients: chili, garlic, coriander, cumin, cloves and turmeric. Curry paste is usually used as a marinade or added to meat and vegetables.
