AROY-D yellow curry paste is used to prepare yellow curry soup, added to chicken, fish, potato and other vegetable dishes. The color of the paste is given by turmeric. Yellow curry is the thickest and "creamiest" of all Thai curries. In addition to coconut milk, coconut cream is added to it, plus a little palm sugar for sweetening.
Composition
Shallots 20%, garlic 20%, dried red chili pepper 15%, table salt, lemongrass, sugar, kaffir lime, galangal, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cumin, coriander seeds, turmeric. The product or its components can cause an individual allergic reaction.
