Green curry paste from AROY-D is ground spices mixed into a homogeneous straight mass. Such paste is used in Indian and Thai cuisine, as well as in many cuisines of the Near and Far East, in China and Japan. Green curry paste is less spicy than red curry paste, but at the same time it is more spicy. A harmonious combination of this paste in dishes with chicken or seafood.
