Lee Kum Kee Superior Dark soy sauce – it is a classic dark soy sauce, the main purpose of which is to give dishes a beautiful deep color and shine. The sauce has a shiny deep dark brown color. There are notes of soy, caramel and a faint sweetness. Thicker than classic due to the presence of caramel. Great for pickling and roasting. Gives dishes a mild savory note of soy with a sweet undertone.
