On May 13, the company "Morskyi Dim" took part in the industry event Ukrainian Gastro Show 2025, which this year was held under the slogan "Legacy of the Future". The event brought together leading representatives of the restaurant business of Ukraine — chefs, restaurateurs, importers and suppliers who create the future of the gastronomic industry based on deep Ukrainian culinary traditions.
Japanese cuisine — a source of inspiration and professional reference point
At the event «Morskyi Dim» presented its direction of work with ingredients for Japanese and Asian cuisine — a direction that has been steadily growing in Ukraine in recent years. In the spotlight — ingredients for HoReCa, created for establishments that value quality, stability and deep respect for the recipe.
We presented over 1000 items covering key categories:
- products for sushi and rolls,
- noodles, ramen, broths,
- soy and wok sauces,
- ingredients for salads, side dishes and desserts.
