Perch (tilapia) fillet "Izumi Dai" 7-9 oz JS – it's a skinless perch fillet. Perch fillets without skin are used to prepare sashimi, hot and cold dishes: addition to salads and soups. The fish is grown in fresh water, which is taken from large natural reservoirs. The quality of water is regularly monitored by testing in the laboratory. Perch is grown by a non-intensive method, the growing period is 6 months – from fry to adult fish.
Production has certificates: BAP 4-star certificate, HАСРР, BRC.
Size: 7-9 oz. Grown in aquaculture conditions. Packed under vacuum. To preserve quality, the products are glazed. The mass fraction of the glaze is no more than 10%.

Storage conditions and shelf life
Store at a temperature not higher than minus 18C and relative humidity not higher than 80-85%. After thawing, store at a temperature from 0C to +5C for no longer than 24 hours.
