These noodles have a wonderful taste and aroma of wheat and an elastic texture that is preserved during heat treatment, it has a balanced proportion of selected flour from the highest grade wheat and purified water, so it does not break and does not stick together, it keeps its shape and consistency in cold and hot dishes
Udon noodles are served with sauce-fried vegetables, meat, chicken and seafood.
