Globalization has covered all spheres of human life and cooking is no exception. One of the main concepts of this process is “trend”. Different ingredients and dishes cease to be the property of only one country. Even some 20 years ago, most could not even think that with such pleasure they would soon eat raw fish with rice, which the Japanese ate, for example. A year ago, few people are so fanate from Mexican avocado.

AVOCADO
As we wrote above, avocados are now megapopular and are probably experiencing their best years. Avocado sauces, various salads, appetizers and bowls (about them in more detail below) from avocados, avocados as rolls for burgers and even as plates and cups for various dishes and drinks ... What they just don’t do. The trend for this fruit appeared due to the unceasing popularity of healthy and proper nutrition. And this is not casual, because in it an incredible amount of protein and easily digestible fat, which are not only good at diet, but even contribute to weight loss. Just a miracle, not a fruit!
TEH-MEX
After the avocado, it’s worth telling that the trend of tech-mech is now actively gaining popularity or also called tex-mex (from Texas and Mexico). Very soon, all the restaurants and points of sale will be full of tacos, nachos, tortillas, various sauces, such as salsa and guacamole (avocado sauce), meat and bean dishes. While the cooks are just getting ready to let this trend into their restaurants, we are already blowing all over the oncoming boom, because all this is already in our assortment!
Bowls
Translated means "bowl of food." It all started with the poke of the bowl - a Japanese dish that migrated to Hawaii, where it gained worldwide fame. Poka translates as “dice,” so this is, in essence, diced fresh fish (most commonly used tuna), a variety of vegetables and fruits, served with steamed rice. All this is laid out in a deep plate - that is why the bowl. But since fresh fish is not cheap now, the cooks have come up with other, more democratic bowls. Bowls on the basis of yogurt with fruit and muesli, bowls with various cereals and additives, salad bowls - walk fantasy. And it looks very bright and beautiful, so it is not surprising that this dish has become so popular.
PERU
Fashion for Peruvian cuisine has not subsided over the past few years. And the Peruvian-Japanese culinary union brought to the world the incredibly popular Nikkei, a business card which is a well-known ceviche. Now, the so-called superfoods are gaining more and more prominence, and that is how Peru’s cuisine is teeming with. These are products containing a large amount of useful substances. And this is another trend, which is more detailed below.
SUPERFOOD
We are not just after the trend of Peru write about superfoods. In the Peruvian kitchen alone, there is a huge variety of them - quinoa and chia, as well as various fruits like amaranth, mashua, etc., which have not yet become world-famous, but we believe that it is a matter of time. But there are superfoods even closer than in Peru. Many berries, nuts, legumes, fatty fish varieties - all this has in its composition a huge amount of vitamins and minerals. And so that exotic superfoods were always available anywhere in the world, natural powder mixtures were created. They are created by dehydration, that is, drying, dehydrating, fruits and vegetables. Today, even a smoothie can be made from such mixtures, and it will be no less useful than fresh berries and fruits, because there is no chemistry in them. Such popularity of these products once again confirms the tribute to the global trend of healthy nutrition.
ASIA
Someone has already managed to loudly declare that Asia is leaving and soon something new will come to replace it. But no matter how. We will tell you about the real trend that has flooded the whole world - bao buns. Bao is so loved by everyone because of its light texture and incredibly pleasant taste, because they are prepared for a couple. Everything is used as a filling, ranging from meat and ending with vegetables, filling it all with various sauces - which only the soul (and stomach) wishes. And in such culinary capitals as London and Nyo York, mono-format establishments have existed for a long time, where only bao are cooked. They enjoy unprecedented popularity.
Also, the popularity of Japanese ramen soup does not subside. This is not strange, because only one can be filled with him for a few hours. And for cooks, this is a real fount of creativity, because there are several options for cooking only broth (based on soy sauce, miso paste, on pig bones and fat), and we’re generally silent about the filling.
