Mix of coconut fragrance, mango sweetness and basil freshness

Ingredients

  • coconut cream Kara (50 ml)
  • syrup "Monin Blue Curacao" (20 ml)
  • mango juice (70 ml)
  • basil leaves (3 pcs)
  • ice-cream (60 g)

Directions:

1. Pour all components into the liquidiser, add 3 basil leaves, ice-cream, 3 ice pieces and blend all together.

2. Pour cocktail into chilled cocktail glass (260 ml).

3. Decor with basil leaves, mozzarella ball and caramelized cane sugar.
