Mix of coconut fragrance, mango sweetness and basil freshness
- coconut cream Kara (50 ml)
- syrup "Monin Blue Curacao" (20 ml)
- mango juice (70 ml)
- basil leaves (3 pcs)
- ice-cream (60 g)
1. Pour all components into the liquidiser, add 3 basil leaves, ice-cream, 3 ice pieces and blend all together.
2. Pour cocktail into chilled cocktail glass (260 ml).
3. Decor with basil leaves, mozzarella ball and caramelized cane sugar.
