13 chefs Kharkov

This year, 8 restaurants in Kharkov of various concepts and price segments took part in the project. Over the course of the year, restaurant chefs who took part in the project invited them to dinner parties, treated them and surprised them with their signature dishes: the Protagonist bar; led by chef Oleg Zuev, restaurant "Yaposhka" and chef Alexander Karataev, restaurant "Some like it hot" and chef Evgeny Filonov, restaurant "Zori" and chef Maxim Yuryev, restaurant "Le Komora" and leading chef Alexander Kolesnikov, restaurant "Farshch" and chef Yuri Stochny, restaurant “Loza Strekoza” and chef Nikolay Katkov.
The chefs used products from the Sea House company in preparing their dishes. scallops TM DELFIN, Sriracha sauce HUY FONG and Panko crackers TM JS professional, sweet chili sauce Aroy-D, Hoisin sauce Lee Kum Kee, Sriracha sauce Huy Fong Teriyaki sauce Yamasa, tuna TM JS professional and shrimp TM Delfin and others.
