Tobiko caviar is considered a special Japanese delicacy.  Translated from Japanese, this is flying fish caviar.  Tobiko caviar is a popular ingredient in Japanese cooking and a valuable caviar for sushi. In Japan, caviar is added to salads, first and main courses as a spectacular decoration, and is also used as a complete dish.  Outwardly, it is very similar to capelin caviar, but in fact these are two completely different products that have many differences in taste.  Tobiko is incredibly rich in vitamins such as A, C, D, E, PP, as well as B vitamins.

Tobiko JS caviarorange has a small size, delicate and sweet taste, bright color and crispy structure.  Tobiko JS caviar is ideal for the so-called inside-out California rolls, it adds a bright and appetizing look to sushi, gunkans, nigiri, and also decorates salads, sauces and side dishes.  Tobiko JS orange caviar will be a bright decoration for European cuisine and fusion style dishes.  It adds Asian notes to omelettes, salads, soups, sauces, diversifies appetizers and makes serving restaurant dishes bright.
