12th specialized exhibition “Restaurant Prod Expo” was held on 7-9 November. Event program included 5th International Expoforum of Hotel&Restaurant Businesses and Clining, a lot of master classes, culinary shows and competitions.

Mosrkoi Dom Company and MD Academy organized tasting of popular Japanese dessert Mochi and traditional kinds of Japanese dumpling (gyoza, wonton, shumai). Each visitor could possibility to join and asses tastes of presented novelties.
