Hondas – it is soluble fish broth in granules. It is used to prepare fish broth dashi, which is prepared as a basis for other dishes. A small amount of this concentrate is enough, and any dish acquires a light, pleasant fish aroma. And Hondashi is rich in protein and iron, which makes it also very useful.
Hondashi broth is added to many dishes of Japanese cuisine. First of all, it is the basis for many soups, including the well-known miso soup, but you can also boil rice for sushi or sashimi in Hondashi broth or cook an omelette.
