Chili Sambal Olek paste is a traditional Indonesian sauce based on chili peppers. It has a rich, spicy taste. Perfectly complements the taste of grilled dishes with sharpness and piquancy. It is added to soups, pasta, vegetable and meat dishes, sandwiches, spring rolls, as well as sauces. It is quite salty, so the dish does not require additional salting.

Storage conditions and shelf life
