  • It goes well with any ingredients and sauces.
  • Manufactured using the latest food technology in compliance with global safety standards.

CRYSTAL Noodles "TARO VERMICELLI" BICH-CHI are easy to prepare. Thin white noodles become transparent after cooking. Boiled bean noodles do not have a pronounced taste, so they go well with any sauce or spices. Served hot as a side dish for meat or seafood. When cold, the noodles complement salads with vegetables well. JS BEAN NOODLES are an excellent basis for culinary experiments and the preparation of new, unique dishes.

Cooking method:

To serve hot: Soak the bean noodles in warm water for 10-15 minutes, then drain in a colander and drain. Do not rinse.
To serve cold: Soak bean noodles in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Then rinse well with cold water.

A secret from Asian cooks: to make the noodles more elastic, they are soaked in cold water for 5-7 minutes, to give a softer shape - 8-10 minutes. And so that the noodles do not stick together, add 1 tbsp. l. sesame or other vegetable oil.
