Morskoi Dom company often supports various creative culinary projects. So recently, on June 9, the company was presented as a partner on the Chef-Chef Local + Asia project. A master class for chefs, cooks and restaurant owners was organized by Hoteliero in order to show the participants what ingredients for cooking Asian dishes are able to reproduce in Ukraine, which can be replaced with a local product and which ones need to be imported.

Ilya Chervenko, the brand-chef of Morskoi Dom, made a presentation on the topic "How does the taste vary in different regions of Asia? The basic tastes on which the kitchen of Asia is kept (sour, spicy, sweet, salty and umami). Why them?". Ilya reviewed the main cuisines, most represented in different cities of Ukraine - Japan, China and Thailand. The main features, ingredients and dishes of these countries were covered. Talking about every kitchen, the brand-chef presented that products and brands which are exclusively imported by the Morskoi Dom from Asia. Products of Aroy D, Lee Kum Kee, Somi Foods, Cholimex are adapted to the tastes of Europeans, but can reproduce the authentic tastes of each dish.

An important point in the reports of other speakers was that they said that when using imported products it is important to choose a reliable supplier whose portfolio contains quality and appropriate ingredients for a particular dish.
